Springbox is excited to announce that it has acquired nFusion, an Austin-based demand generation agency.
Founded in 2001, nFusion is a 17-year-old firm that provides demand generation services to clients such as Lytics, NEC Displays, Q2 Software and Securelink.
Springbox CEO Tom West said nFusion adds a highly effective demand generation component to the Springbox suite of services.
“As demand generation becomes more technically driven, nFusion's account-based marketing capabilities combined with Springbox's strong technology leadership and consulting will help mid-market businesses develop transformational solutions that add more value for their investors,” said West. “Our mid-market clients have achieved more than $1 billion in shareholder value growth with Springbox. We expect that number to grow significantly as we add nFusion’s talent and resources to our portfolio.”
John Ellett, nFusion CEO and author of The CMO Manifesto, will join Springbox as its chief marketing officer and partner to CMOs.

Each firms’ clients will continue to work with their existing account teams. Operations will be consolidated at the Springbox office in downtown Austin.
